Directions for use

Heat therapy
After heating them in the microwave oven (see Instructions for Use), put them on. Their heat will surround you immediately, comforting you, relaxing and relieving muscular pain.

Cold therapy
Place your Magic Bag Mittens in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Put them on. Repeat the procedure every 2-3 hours if needed.

Important: If you have signs of inflammation, cryotherapy (cold therapy) is recommended.
