Directions for use
Heat therapy
After heating it in the microwave oven (see our How to use guide), place each arm of the bag on your shoulders by pulling it forward so that your neck is lying against the bag. Its warmth will surround you immediately to comfort you, relax and relieve muscular pain.
Cold therapy
Place your Lavender Magic Bag in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Place each arm of your bag on your shoulders by pulling them forward so that your neck is lying against the bag. Repeat the procedure every 2-3 hours if needed.
Important: If you have signs of inflammation, cryotherapy (cold therapy) is recommended.
