Directions for use
Heat Therapy
After heating the Magic Bag in the microwave oven for 40 seconds (see our How to use guide), test the temperature on an adult skin. Then place it on the painful area or which needs to be warmed up. Its warmth will surround you immediately to comfort you, relax and relieve the muscular pain.
Cold Therapy
Place the Magic Bag in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Then apply on the painful area.
Important: If your child presents signs of inflammation, cryotherapy is recommended.
